Right of return — 14 days

You have 14 days from the receipt of the package to withdraw from the contract and return the product without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• The product shows no signs of use beyond checking the goods.
• The product is complete (all accessories, cable, manual).
• If possible, pack the product in its original packaging.

How to make a return

2. You will receive from us the return address and instructions.
3. Send the product back to the indicated address.

Refunds

We process refunds within up to 14 days of receiving the returned product, to the same account or using the same payment method used to pay for the order.

Exchanges and complaints

If the product is faulty or you wish to exchange it for a different color, please write to us — we will help. Products are covered by a one-year satisfaction guarantee.
